To publish to Azure using VS 2019:

1. Click Build

2. Click Publish.

3. Click Start.

4. Click Azure, then click Next.

5. Then you get several options, I'm going to click Azure App Service (Windows), then click Next.

6. It usually takes a few seconds to build.
